1. GENERAL MANAGER OPERATION
Responsible for the entire aspects of mining operation, from mine planning, production, processing, hauling and shipping. The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in the same position with a reputable coal mining company or mining contractor, He also must posses strong managerial and leadership skills to effectively and efficiently carry out his tasks.

2. MINING ENGINEER
Responsible for short and medium term mine planning and schedulling including coal reserve estimation, mine design, pit drainage planning, stockpile and waste dump design, reclamation and equipment analysts.

3. MINING MANAGER
Responsible for achieving the coal production target by implementing the company s mine planning and scheduling as well as monitoring the performance of mining contractor on a daily basis.

4. MINING SUPERVISOR
Responsible for assisting production manager including during the night shift to achieve the production target as well as to perform good mining practices. He must posses good communication and supervisory skills.

5. HAULING SUPERVISOR
Responsible for transporting coal from mine site to barge loading port and supervising the performance of hauling contractor on a daily basis.

6. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Responsible for repairing and maintaining various equipments such as conveyor belt, crusher, screening machine. He must posses a mechanical engineering degree from a reputable university and has at least 3-year previous work experiences in mining or manufacturing companies.

7. SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT AND SECURITY MANAGER
Responsible for implementing standard safety procedures to all employees and visitors, complying with environmental protection laws and ensuring good security conditions at the mine site, He must be able to develop excellent relationship and will work closely with various government authorities.

8. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Responsible for assisting Accounting Manager to handle various areas such a general ledger, fixed asset management, inventory management, and budget & cost control. He must have an accounting degree from a reputable University and minimum 2’years work experience with a well recognized public accounting firm.
