currently seeking Professionals for :
1. Program/Project Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum possess an engineering degree
- Minimum have 20 years in various engineering, construction,
construction management, and project management disciplines, with 15
years of which are for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects
and/or facilities, and minimum 10 years of which are at managerial
position.
- Minimum experience as a Project Manager or Program
Manager
for EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) or ECM
(Engineering & Construction Management) contracts for oil & gas
or petrochemical industries with minimum single contract value of US$ 45
millions in the last 5 years.
- Minimum 5 years international working experience in managing a large
group of personnel from various organizations (e.g. engineering,
construction, HES, construction management, project controls, document
controls, HR, IT, finance, logistics, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
- Broad knowledge on various aspects of this ECM contract such as:
engineering management, field HES management, field construction
management, construction equipment management, project controls,
scheduling, document management system and administrative supports, etc.
- Demonstrate strong HES leadership, proficient on business
administration processes and understand contract law & principles.
- Strong managerial capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching, and networking.
2. Construction Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum possess an engineering degree
- Minimum have 18 years in various construction works and construction
management, with 12 years of which are for oil & gas or
petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, and minimum 5 years
of which are at managerial position.
- Experience as a Construction Manager for EPC or CM (Construction
Management) contracts for oil & gas or petrochemical industries with
minimum single contract value of US$ 45 millions in the last 5 years.
- Minimum 5 years international working experience, managing a large
group of construction or construction management personnel from various
functions (e.g. construction execution in various disciplines,
construction planning and supervision, field QA/QC, quantity surveying,
etc.) with diverse nationalities.
- Broad knowledge on various construction aspects such as: various
construction techniques, HES application for construction activities,
various methods for constructability review, applicable construction
related quality standards, various methods for construction progress
measurement, pre commissioning and commissioning execution, etc.
- Demonstrate strong HES leadership, proficient on business
administration processes and understand contract law & principles.
- Strong managerial capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching, and networking.
3. Project Control/Admin Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum possess an engineering degree
- Minimum have 18 years in engineering, constructions, project controls
and document management, with 12 years of which are for oil & gas or
petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, and minimum 5 years
of which are at managerial position.
- Minimum experience as Project Controls Manager for EPC or ECM or CM
contracts for oil & gas or petrochemical industries with minimum
single contract value of US$ 45 millions in the last 5 years.
- Minimum 5 years international working experience, in managing a large
group of project or construction support personnel from various
functions (e.g. project controls, document control, IT, HR, finance,
logistics, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
- Extensive experience in managing cost, resources and schedule for
large scale of EPC work and for multiple small construction works
including utilization of supporting tools and software, such as:
Primavera, EDMS, etc.
- Broad knowledge on project controls, project scheduling, electronic
data management system (EDMS), quality management system standards from
ISO or other equivalent organization, etc.
- Demonstrate strong HES leadership, proficient on business
administration processes and understand contract law & principles.
- Strong managerial capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching, and networking.
4. HES Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum possess an engineering degree
- Minimum have 18 years in various construction works and field HES
management & supervision, with 12 years of which are for oil &
gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, and minimum 5
years of which are at managerial position.
- Experience as HES Manager in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
projects with minimum single contract value of US$ 45 millions in the
last 5 years.
- Minimum 5 years international working experience, managing a large
group of field personnel, working as HES inspector in various job sites
with diverse nationalities.
- Have broad knowledge on HES management for field construction
activities, construction equipment safety inspection practices,
implementation of JMJ s IIF (Incident & Injury Free) principles, HES
Codes and standards related to field construction from internationally
recognized organization.
- Demonstrate strong HES leadership, proficient on business
administration processes and understand contract law & principles.
- Strong managerial capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching, and networking.
5. Senior Risk & Safety Engineer
Position reports to: Lead of Safety Department
Primary objective
• To provide risk management and Loss Prevention services to the various Worley Safety & Risk Management clients.
• To be responsible to the performance of projects assigned to both in
terms of technical capability and also commercial performance of the
project.
• To promote Worley Safety & Risk Management to clients to achieve
follow-on work with existing clients and new work with prospective
clients.
• To provide services of technical nature in meeting project requirements.
Specific accountabilities
• To identify the safety engineering scope of work from basis of design.
• To be able to determine and estimate norms to conduct the scope of work.
• To be able to raise a suite of project deliverables including
procedures, design basis and HES Plan & Schedules of activities.
• Knowledge of HAZOP workshops, Fire & Explosion Analysis, Fire Protection related studies and Formal Safety assessments.
• Design Safety reviews/Studies, Layout, EERA, ESSA, F&G, Dropped Object, Hazardous Area, QRA, FERA.
• Active Fire Protection Design.
• Passive Fire Protection Design.
• CTR Management & progress reporting.
Essential skills/experience
• Reputable university qualifications in Chemical/ Mechanical engineering.
• 8 years minimum experience with at least 4 years of Risk work (QRA, FERA, etc).
• 3 years experience in Phast consequence modelling.
